Organizer, Heart Connectz

Vibes is a lifelong community worker with an engineering background who is passionate about the way that healing, art, and connection help to support a stronger, more inclusive democracy. Vibes is organizer of Heart Connectz, a musical artist and production team member at The Brightside, and a 2024 Kettering Foundation Dayton Democracy Fellow. They also serve on the leadership team for Healing Arts Dayton (HeArt), as the executive director for COCo Collective Arts, and as a council member for the Institute. With experience ranging from facilitating self-explorative workshops to hosting benefit concerts, Vibes is part of a community focused on establishing cultural momentum. They envision a reality full of opportunities to “sing our song” together and Dayton as a cultural hub for the country.
