Jessica Bloomingdale

Project director, The Mentoring Collaborative of Montgomery County

Jessica Bloomingdale has over 15 years of experience in youth development and administration, is passionate about mentoring and improving her community, and is a 2024 Kettering Foundation Dayton Democracy Fellow. Bloomingdale has assumed a leadership role in organizing a network of agencies dedicated to delivering mentoring programs directly to youth through her work as project director with The Mentoring Collaborative. For most of her adult life, she has been the leader of SIGNS, a mentoring program for local high school students. Bloomingdale holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and an MBA. Her driving force is her family: her husband, Dan, and three children: Jaydyn, Rose, and Simon.
