Keisha Anderson

Licensed independent social worker, community advocate, and mentoring collaborative partner, The Mentoring Collaborative of Montgomery County

Keisha Anderson is a lifelong learner, system disruptor, and licensed independent social worker with supervisor credential, and is a 2024 Kettering Foundation Dayton Democracy Fellow. She identifies as a revolutionary coconspirator for youth, families, and communities, and is an ardent DADvocate. A community advocate, Anderson is fueled by her faith, love of community, collaborative impact, and the power of authentic personhood. She is also a mentoring collaborative partner with the The Mentoring Collaborative of Montgomery County. Throughout her career as an outreach therapist, student resiliency coordinator, City Connects coordinator, and now a whole-family coach, Anderson endeavors each day to use her time, talents, and treasures to edify, encourage, and inspire. Her mission is to provide safe and brave spaces for root-level healing, awareness of self, and the establishment of agency. She seeks not to be the expert in the room but to build rooms full of experts.
