Donna Lee Robinson is the senior accounting manager and program liaison at the Kettering Foundation.

She plays a pivotal role on the finance team, working with general ledger accounting, financial reporting, contract management, and budgeting. Robinson also collaborates with program staff, providing guidance regarding the financial aspects of their work.

Prior to joining the foundation, Robinson ran her own accounting company for about 10 years, helping local small businesses navigate their financial needs. For many years, she served as a contractor for the foundation before eventually becoming an employee. Robinson has been with the foundation for more than 20 years.

With over 40 years in the accounting industry, which also includes more than 24 years dedicated to the nonprofit sector, Robinson is committed to the importance of finance in fueling organizational success.
