Saravia Williams
Program Assistant
Saravia Williams is the program assistant for Kettering’s Defending Inclusive Democracy and Democracy and Community focus areas. She plays a key role in ensuring their operational success by managing administrative and logistic tasks. She also supports in-person, online, and hybrid meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Before coming to the foundation, Williams honed her skills in various administrative roles at the University of South Alabama Hospital and within the human resources department at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She was also a legal secretary for Bouhan, Williams & Levy LLP, and Jarett Crawford Law Offices.
Beyond her professional life, Williams is an active member of her community. She serves in her local church, Dominion CLGI, where she’s deeply involved as a minister, trustee, missions director, and Southwest District secretary. She is also an Ohio notary public.
Williams earned her MA in organizational leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in legal studies from South University.
